The postpartum period, or the "fourth trimester," is an essential time for recovery and support as you transition into becoming a parent. My care centers support for the birthing parent and baby as they heal and grow together.

This low-intervention, high impact offering is designed to meet the nutritional needs of the birthing parent so that they can effectively, confidently and energetically nourish their baby.

I provide 1:1 education and consultations in the prenatal and postnatal period to give you the skills, tools, and knowledge you need to feel confident in your baby feeding journey.

Labor and birth are experiences that ask us to cross a threshold into becoming a new version of ourselves. The hours and days spent in labor are transformative, but intense and demanding and require processing on the other side.

I offer space and time in the form of hourly sessions, virtually or in-person, to process your birth story in a non-judgemental environment.

In my clinical training I was taught to guide the therapeutic relationship not by asking "What's wrong?" but by asking "What's right?"

In these mental well-being sessions I focus on helping birthing parents and their partners access the tools, skills, and knowledge they need to find what's right for them as they grow and develop in this new season of life.
